BUS FACILITY
We reach out to various local areas making it possible for your kids to avail school bus facility. They are under vigilance and have GPS enabled tracking systems to let you have your child’s location.
- Dispersal will happen in the vigil of the class teacher.
- There will be a class attendance in the class before every dispersal from school.
- It is mandatory to maintain discipline and walk in designated queues in the supervision of a teacher/or/and attendant.
- Teacher will escort the students till their buses.
- All parents coming to pick up their ward would be required to carry their identity cards. Failing which, the child shall not be handed over.
- Non school bus users would disperse after the school bus users.
- All parents coming to pick up their children should adhere to time and wait at the gate.
BUS REGULATIONS
- Bus facility will be extended to students subject to availability of seats and routes.
- Students can board and alight only from their designated stop. Parents cannot change the bus stop unless prior written permission has been sought.
- Students missing the bus have to make their own arrangements to reach school on that day.
- Parents cannot use the bus facility.
- The school will be responsible for the students till the time they are in the bus, after that the responsibility lies with the parents.
- Parents have to ensure arrangements for the child to be picked up from the bus stop.
- If there is no one to pick up the child at the bus stop after school, the child will be bought back to school. It is then the responsibility of the parent/guardian to come to school and take the child.
- Bus must be hired for the full year. Cancellation, if any, will only be entertained under special conditions giving one month prior notice. However, the fee will not be refunded.
- Bus fee must be paid annually. Fees once paid will not be refundable.
- Before filling the bus form parents are requested to be satisfied with the bus route, pick-up point and drop point, timings and service.
- The pick-up point is based on the profile of the addresses where the child stays in the locality. The bus charges are decided according to the distance of the pick-up point from the school and also may increase from time to time.
